How it works

Upload drawings on the free quote page or email them to info@apexaccuracyestimatinginc.com. Include your bid date, trade scope, and union or open-shop requirement. PDF preferred; CAD exports and prior marked-up sets work too.

What we need: plans (all sheets), specifications if they exist, bid date, and any scope exclusions. Incomplete sets can still start — we flag missing sheets before pricing.

An estimator reviews the drawings, confirms the trade scope, and sends a fixed quote with turnaround. Rush capacity is confirmed here — no work starts until you approve the price.

You get: a fixed project price, a confirmed delivery date, and a named contact. If the drawings show ambiguities, we list them so your number is built on known assumptions.

Quantities are counted from the drawings division by division, then priced with New Jersey county labor rates, current material pricing, and your crew rates when you provide them. Union, open-shop, and prevailing wage builds are all standard.

Behind the scenes: double-count verification on critical trades, material pricing refreshed against supplier data, and haul or logistics adjustments for site conditions.

The finished package is senior-reviewed, then delivered as CSI MasterFormat Excel sheets organized by division. Estimator questions and addendum pricing through bid day are included at no extra charge.

What lands in your inbox: quantities, unit prices, labor, materials, equipment, and a summary tab your PM can actually read. Revisions to the original scope are included.
